Storefront & customer experience
Sell subscriptions and services under your own brand
Your brand and your storefront
- Configurable business identity
Use your configured brand name, logo, colours and support details across the storefront, portal and generated communications. Each operator can present its own business identity.
- Branded email and documents
Customer emails, daily summaries and generated billing documents use the configured business identity. Legal billing details remain associated with the financial records they describe.
- Custom domains and site addresses
Serve stores on configured domains or site paths. Reseller stores can launch at a parent-hosted address and add a verified custom domain later.
- Multiple operators in one installation
Run separate businesses from one installation, each with its own customers, staff, branding, catalogue and tax settings. Operator boundaries are enforced in the application and database.
- Multiple storefronts
Organise sites, page groups and storefront-specific offers without forcing every audience into the same sales presentation. Supported prices retain their originating storefront through checkout.
- Responsive customer and staff interfaces
Use the portal and administration tools from desktop or smaller screens. The staff console also has a dedicated mobile layout for daily work.
- Installable web experience
The storefront and staff console expose installable web-app identities using configured branding, giving compatible browsers a convenient home-screen entry point.
Website creation and publishing
- Page and block editor
Compose pages from structured blocks for introductions, plan grids, comparisons, FAQs, testimonials, content, legal information, service status and contact or chat entry points.
- Reusable content blocks
Save reusable blocks and place them on appropriate pages, keeping common content organised while allowing different storefront presentations.
- Live catalogue pricing
Plan grids and product comparisons draw on the catalogue instead of requiring manually copied prices. Customers can continue into the actual product and checkout flow.
- Drafts and published snapshots
Work on a draft separately from the published site. Publishing creates a defined snapshot, so unfinished edits do not automatically replace the current pages.
- Style manager and preview
Adjust site styling, palettes and presentation, and inspect the preview as you work. The editor separates visual choices from the catalogue and billing records.
- Navigation and page organisation
Manage menus, page addresses, product page groups, featured content and offers to guide visitors towards the services you sell.
- Image and asset library
Keep reusable website and engagement imagery in a managed gallery rather than uploading the same artwork for every page or campaign.
- Search and social presentation
Manage available SEO and social metadata alongside the website, helping each published page describe itself consistently when indexed or shared.
- Guided first-site setup
Follow a setup workflow to establish the site, apply a governed starter template and prepare a published home page.
- Template governance
Use parent-managed templates for reseller sites and affiliate campaigns, with controlled refresh and handling of local changes.
- Reviewed legal content
Author terms, privacy and other legal-document pages using the website tools, with acknowledgement of review before supported legal-page publication. The editor does not provide legal approval or compliance certification.
Catalogue and purchase options
- Structured product catalogue
Organise product types, groups and items for service plans, managed applications and reseller packages. Products describe what the buyer receives and how it is fulfilled.
- Recurring and one-time prices
Offer monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, yearly or one-time prices, with supported currencies, tax treatment and optional setup fees.
- Price revision history
Create new price revisions while preserving the price information already attached to orders and subscriptions. Historical purchases are not silently rewritten by catalogue edits.
- Specifications and configurable options
Describe service features in comparable specifications and offer configured choices with explicit price differences.
- Guided plan comparison
Let customers compare up to three eligible plans using their needs, budget, currency and billing period. Show recurring price, setup costs and configuration requirements before product review.
- Promotions and discount codes
Apply configured promotional codes before tax, with redemption limits and counting designed for concurrent checkouts. Campaigns and checkout use the same promotion definitions.
- Trial plans
Offer configured fixed-term trials, including card-fingerprint eligibility checks where supported. Trial terms and the paid alternatives can be presented in the purchase flow.
- Capacity-aware availability
Show products as sold out when the configured delivery target has no available capacity. Availability is checked again through the ordering workflow.
- Availability waitlists
Allow verified customers to opt into a one-email notification when a sold-out plan becomes available. They can leave the waitlist; notifications do not reserve stock or lock a price.
- Read-only media catalogue demonstration
Offer visitors a configured view of supported media libraries, artwork and metadata through a dedicated demo account. The demo filters playback, downloads and write actions rather than granting paid service access.
Checkout, packages and referrals
- Shopping cart and order review
Bring supported service and reseller purchases into a shared cart, review order details and continue through payment with a clear order reference.
- Order progress and recovery
Show the recorded order, payment and fulfilment states after checkout. Customers receive an appropriate next step when delivery or payment needs attention.
- Multi-service bundles
Sell staff-defined packages of two to six compatible recurring media services. Show any first-payment discount and the full renewal price; each component has its own service and renewal.
- Prepaid gift passes
Let a verified buyer purchase an eligible fixed-term service and share a single-use redemption pass. Redemption creates a separate prepaid service for the recipient, with a defined expiry and no automatic renewal.
- Affiliate referrals
Give participating customers a referral link and accrue eligible commissions under the configured commission and holding-period rules.
- Affiliate campaign pages
Create governed campaign pages for affiliates, including optional AI assistance when a model provider is configured. Editing permissions remain under the operator’s control.
- Affiliate payouts as account credit
Allow authorised staff to convert eligible matured, unpaid commissions into account credit through the audited credit workflow. This payout path does not initiate a bank transfer.
A customer portal that guides the next step
- Personal overview and action list
Bring outstanding billing, setup work, service issues, expiring cards and unread support replies into a prioritised home view with links to the relevant task.
- Guided onboarding
Help customers work through account setup, an optional saved payment method, activation and first use. Personal completion marks remain separate from verified service evidence.
- Device-specific setup guidance
Provide appropriate setup paths for browsers, Shield, Fire TV, Apple TV and other devices, with back and next navigation and a contextual support handoff.
- First-use checks
Use the connected provider’s available setup and access evidence before marking first use as verified. Unsupported checks, missing evidence and blocked access remain visible.
- Personal service health
Combine owned service state, relevant published incidents and available recent provider observations. Customers can distinguish a recorded problem from an unknown or unsupported check.
- Search across the account
Search the customer’s own services, orders, invoices and support conversations alongside published help articles, with source links and handling of partial results.
- Service nicknames and favourites
Let customers give their services familiar names and pin favourites without changing the product names or financial descriptions in their records.
- English and Dutch preferences
Persist an English or Dutch preference across supported portal journeys, customer email templates and reviewed help translations. Untranslated or outdated content falls back deliberately to the source language.
Account access and privacy
- Multiple sign-in methods
Offer email sign-in links, optional passwords, passkeys and enrolled two-factor authentication with recovery codes. Customers can manage their account security from the portal.
- Verified email changes
Guide customers through confirming a replacement login email, preserving the distinction between account identity and other billing or service contact details.
- Browser device pairing
Let a compatible browser display a short-lived QR pairing request for approval from a signed-in phone. Customers review access and can revoke paired browsers; native media apps keep their own sign-in flows.
- Separate access for customer teams
Invite separate identities for billing reads and PDFs, support conversations, or service display and cancellation requests, then revoke access when needed. Invitations use a shareable acceptance link or in-app workflow.
- Connected sign-in and single sign-on
Connect an upstream OIDC identity provider for customer or existing staff sign-in, and register supported confidential applications to use the platform as their identity provider. Provider setup and account linking are explicit.
- Customer preferences and linked accounts
Manage available email preferences and connected accounts from the customer portal, including supported community identity linking.
- Personal data export and privacy workflows
Provide customer data export and staff-side erasure workflows while retaining financial records and audit evidence where the platform’s retention rules require them.
